Hi,

I have a question regarding the temperature storage condition documents. As technology advances, sites are no longer documenting storage conditions (IP temperatures) via paper but using an electronic system in which and export can be made but it’s not easy to understand the information. Has anyone experienced this scenario and how as a sponsor has oversight of storage conditions been maintained (e.g., documenting in a monitor report)?

I have a question on filing approved IRB ICFs that are provided in .doc format. My previous experience was to only file .pdfs of a document to prevent from editing. Any industry standard here? TY
