  For zone 03.01.04 Trial Approval/Public Registration, what is expected to be filed here for US studies from ct.gov? Only the receipt when we initially register the trial and at end of trial receipt? OR, do we file all update notices within ct.gov, which can be numerous. AND secondly, do we need to file EUDRACT/Eudra receipts here as well for OUS studies? how do I obtain EUDRA receipts?
