      We are looking for a classification / folder for Data Protection issues and GCP breaches. Of course, we do not intend to have these documents. However, it might happen from time to time. Example: A site sends confidential patient information by mistake, such as the full patient name.
      We would like to file our corrective actions, follow up with the site, or follow up with Data Management etc. Does anyone have experience with filing of these documents?
