Hello Everyone,
We are beginning a study where we have been asked to use a paper TMF. Is it acceptable to note the Document Number on the paper file or would that be considered altering the document?
We would like to list the Document Number on the upper right-hand corner of each document as it is filed.
Any suggestions, advice, or examples would be most welcome.
