01.01.04 is for “Trial Team Evidence of Training Documentation”. Normally “trial team” would mean Sponsor personnel only
05.05.03 is for Site Evidence of Training
01.01.17 is for Vendor Management Plan
09.01.03 is for Ongoing Third Party Oversight

There is no specific section listed for filing “Vendor/Third Party Training Documentation”. I would appreciate comments on where others are filing this type of training documentation? Examples include but are not limited to protocol training, EDC/eTMF training, SOP training as applicable, etc.
