Where to file Clinical Study Agreement Contract

Where do I file my Study & Trial Contract agreements and amendments for my study.
I also have a large packets that route along with those contracts and we need to confirm whether or not those should be included in TMF.

Do I need to File all the agreements and amendments for my study in TMF or only the final version?
